This document defines the boundaries of secrecy and the degree of confidentiality of the information that the User provides upon registration (use) on the misterdroid.net website (hereinafter referred to as the Website) and during normal use of the services, programs and other features of the Website. The User has the opportunity at any time, at his own discretion, to allow or prohibit the collection and use of his personal information independently or by contacting the Website support service.

Any use of the Website means the User’s unconditional consent to this document and the terms of processing his personal data specified therein. In case of disagreement with these terms, the User must refrain from using the Website and under no circumstances provide the Operator with his personal information and immediately leave the Website.

The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy without the consent of the User. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment of its publication on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy. The User is notified of changes to the Policy by publishing the Policy in a new version. I. COLLECTION AND USE OF USERS’ PERSONAL INFORMATION
1.1. The Operator processes personal data for the following purposes:

Creation, administration and maintenance of an account;
Processing the User’s requests and transactions on the website;
Data analysis and statistical research in order to improve the offered goods, products or technologies;
Identification of the provided material as belonging to a specific supplier (User);
Marketing communications to promote and advertise the Operator’s products and third-party products;
For other fulfillment of the User Agreement.
1.2. “Personal information” includes:

Information that the User provides when registering on the Site, including their login and password, personal data and email address.
The User’s city of location;
Email address;
Information about the User obtained from electronic resources that provide the ability to register (authorize) on the Site via openID. These resources establish the identity of the User and provide the ability to automatically enter some personal information (for example, name and email address) into the registration form. For example, through a Google account, Facebook, as well as other similar electronic resources, if such an option is provided on the Site at a certain point in time.
The user reserves the right to refuse to provide personal information at any time, however, in this case, some functions and services provided on the Site may be limited and/or remain unavailable for use, partially or completely.

The Operator processes personal data in automated and non-automated ways, using computer technology and without using such means. Personal data processing actions include collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction.

The Operator never requires Users to provide genetic and biometric data, information revealing the racial or ethnic origin of Users, their political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, as well as information regarding their health, sex life or sexual orientation. The User’s personal data is not publicly available.

1.3. The Operator collects and uses personal information:

Users who visit the Site.
Users who visited the Site, registered (authorized) on it, individuals who are in civil law relations with the Operator’s counterparties;
1.4. The user has the right to:

to clarify, block or destroy his personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;
to revoke the consent given to the processing of personal data;
to protect his rights and legitimate interests, including compensation for damages and compensation for moral damages in court;
In order to exercise their rights and legitimate interests, the User has the right to contact the Operator or send a request in person or through a representative, including by e-mail. The request must be sent to the Operator’s e-mail address posted on the Site.
1.5. Disclosure of personal information

Except for cases expressly specified in the current rules, the Administration does not disclose, sell, give away, rent out, lease, or transfer the User’s personal information to third parties.
The User’s personal information may be communicated and transferred to third parties if they provide services on behalf of the Administration or are partners of the Administration. These services may include money transfers, data storage, resale of licenses, payment processing, etc. In such a case, only the information required to provide the services will be transferred and communicated to third parties. The Administration reserves the right to disclose and transfer the User’s personal information in cases where this meets the requirements of the law, as well as if such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights of the company and / or to comply with the requirements of a judicial proceeding, orders or court orders, in relation to the Site.
II. INFORMATION ON ENSURING THE SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Operator appoints a person responsible for organizing the processing of personal data to fulfill the duties of ensuring their security.

The Operator applies a set of legal, organizational and technical measures to ensure the security of personal data to ensure their confidentiality and protection from illegal actions:

Limiting access to information only to those employees who need it to provide services to the User;
Signing confidentiality agreements by employees;

If the user’s account information and personal information are protected by a password, the user himself is responsible for its safety and non-disclosure.

Users also have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authorities in their countries of residence or stay if they believe that the Operator violates any of their rights to confidentiality or privacy.

III. USE OF COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES
Data automatically transferred to the Operator during the visit and use of the Site using the software installed on the User’s device, including: IP address, information from cookies, information about the user’s browser (or other program used to access the Site), access time, address of the requested page, and others. The Operator participates in a third-party advertising network in order to place advertisements on the Site or manage advertisements on other sites. The User has the ability to allow or prohibit the use and acceptance of cookies on their computer, including a smartphone, tablet PC, etc.). Blocking cookies by the User may result in the inability to register or use other functions of the Site, but this will not affect the ability to use the main navigation within the Site. Social network functions and widgets are hosted either by third parties or directly by the Administration. Your interaction with these functions is governed by the privacy policy of the company that provides them.

V. ACCESS TO YOUR OWN PERSONAL INFORMATION
Viewing and editing information previously specified by the User on the Site can be done in the Personal Account section. Alternatively, Users may contact the Administration at admin@misterdroid.net with a request for a copy of the information collected by the Administration, extracted and provided in a readable format. The Administration will respond to such requests without any unreasonable delays.

User information is retained for as long as their account is active or as needed to provide them with services. To delete their account or request that we delete or stop using Users’ personal information to provide them with services, Users must contact us at admin@misterdroid.net In such case, we will retain and use User information only to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
